In the event of a breakdown our SLA’s can guarantee a Enhanced DBS checked engineer on site within 4 hours, to address any requirement.  Priority to planned outages and project work is given around half terms and school holidays to ensure best use of the downtime to avoid any disruption to every day school activities.

Within the educational sector all servicing and maintenance can be scheduled during school holidays to prevent any unnecessary downtime and make sure all heating and hot water services are ready to go for terms ahead.

Our bespoke Servicing is scheduled and booked well in advance of being carried out to ensure no system is missed and is well maintained.
